Ingredients

1 quart Strawberries, Fresh
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp Gelatin, Unflavored,(1 env.)
1/2 c. ,Water, Cool
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 c. Cream, Heavy, Whipped

Directions

Slice strawberries and mix with the sugar. Let stand till sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin over cool water. Set stand 5 min, then heat gently till gelatin dissolves completely. Add in gelatin and lemon juice to sliced berries. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into a 1-qt mold or possibly serving dish. Refrigeratetill set.
Carefully unmold and serve.
