- 2 Tbsp. Chopped jalapeno
- 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
- 1/4 c. Lime juice Salt and pepper to taste

- Put into blender and vrummmmm. Canned, crushed pineapple can substitute fresh pineapple and makes the dish very easy to prepare.
