Ingredients
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 1/2 lb Medium shrimp
- 1 lb Boneless chicken breast
Directions
- Peel shrimp and cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine garlic, onion pwdr, cumin and melted butter.
- Marinate shrimp and chicken while preparing the grill.
- String shrimp and chicken onto separate skewers. Cook about 5 inches above warm coals, allowing 5 min for shrimp and 10 min for chicken. Turn once or possibly twice while cooking and baste often with remaining marinade.
