Barbecued Bear Loin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bear tenderloin sliced 1/2" thick Your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Grill the tenderloin slices 30 min over warm coals with wet hickory chips added atop the coals for smoke flavor.
  2. Place in a single layer in a 9- by 13-inch pan. Cover with barbecue sauce, and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
