Cider vinegar; 1/4 tsp Dry mustard; 1/4 c. Hard packed dark brown sugar; 1/4 tsp Salt dr (few) Tabasco sauce,to taste

Ingredients

3/4 c. Catsup
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Cider vinegar

1/4 c. Hard packed dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp Salt dr (few) Tabasco sauce,to taste

Directions

1. Place butter, onion, garlic and green pepper in a deep, 1 1/2- qt heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole and heat in Microwave Oven 3 min or possibly till tender. Stir occasionally.
2. Add in remaining ingredients; stir well to combine.
3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 min or possibly till sauce bubbles. Serve over meat or possibly poultry.
Makes 2 1/4 c.
