Ingredients: 1 c. catsup; 1 1/2 c. water; 1/2 c. honey; 1/2 c. minced onion; 1/4 c. packed brown sugar; 3 dashes Worcestershire; 3 dashes red wine vinegar; 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr; 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard; Healthy pinch of dry oregano; Salt and pepper; 1/2 c. minced parsley; 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat till boiling. Simmer 20 min. Cold and chill. This is good on ribs, pork roast and pork chops.
