Ingredients
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 3 dashes red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Healthy pinch of dry oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and heat till boiling. Simmer 20 min. Cold and chill. This is good on ribs, pork roast and pork chops.
