Ingredients

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp paprika
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

Mash garlic and salt together in a bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients.
Brush Cornish Hen with sauce every 10 min for about 45 min or possibly till tender.
