Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd lean beef
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 3 tbsp. parsley
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix well; refrigerate2 hrs. Make into balls the size of walnuts for cocktail size. Brown in fat, drain on paper towels.
  2. GRAVY: Stir all ingredients into meat drippings. Cook till thickened. Add in meatballs, stir in 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream. Crock pot works well to keep hot.
  3. To make large quantity, double or possibly triple the recipe.
