  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together mashed bananas and margarine till creamy. Add in egg whites and water. Beat well. Stir in flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat till smooth. Add in walnuts and raisins.
  3. Spoon batter into a 9- by 13-inch baking pan, sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Bake 20 min or possibly till a knife inserted comes out clean. Cold and cut into 3- by 3-inch squares.
