Ingredients
- 1 c. Minced dates
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 2/3 c. Cashews
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 c. Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Sliced bananas
Directions
- Pour boiling water over dates, cover. Let stand about 5 min then blend smooth. Empty into a saucepan. BLEND smooth remaining ingredients, except bananas. Add in to saucepan, lightly boil till thick, stirring, about 10 min. Stir in sliced bananas. Po
- Variations: Add in 2 Tbsp. cornstarch for a pie filling. May use other varieties of fruits or possibly nuts.
