Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Crisco Pure Canola Oil
- 1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 x -4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 4 x Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. minced Italian parsley
Directions
- Combine the Crisco Pure Canola Oil, Balsamic vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large, non-reactive bowl. Add in the chicken breasts and marinate 1 to 2 hrs.
- Heat the grill.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade; throw away the marinade. Grill the chicken breasts till done and sprinkle with the minced Italian parsley before serving.
