Directions

  1. Heat butter in saucepan; mix crackers and bread crumbs; add in to melted butter. Mix in scallops. Place in ungreased 4 qt casserole. Pour 1/2 pint heavy cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden brown.
