Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. scallops, cut in half if too lg.
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, rolled to crumbs
- 1 c. plain or possibly seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
Directions
- Heat butter in saucepan; mix crackers and bread crumbs; add in to melted butter. Mix in scallops. Place in ungreased 4 qt casserole. Pour 1/2 pint heavy cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden brown.
