Directions

  1. Heat butter in saucepan. Saute/fry onion and celery in butter. Fold in a big bow cooked rice, onions, celery, broccoli, soup, water chestnuts and cheese.
  2. Mix all togethera nd put in a 9x13" casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 min at 350 .
