Ingredients
- 2 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Minced parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sage
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 3/4 c. Minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Water EGG MUSTARD SAUCE
- 2 slc Lean bacon
- 1 x Thick halibut steak (2 lb)
Directions
- Combine bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, sage & rosemary: set aside. Heat butter; add in onion & celery, sauteeing till tender. Add in vinegar & water; heat. Pour liquid over bread crumbs & toss lightly.
- Place mix in bottom of greased baking dish; place fish on dressing & top with bacon. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 40 min. Serve with Egg Mustard Sauce.
