Ingredients
- 6 x Fish fillets
- 1/3 c. Apple juice
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Onions -- minced
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- minced Fine
Directions
- Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over fish. Cover with foil and chill 1 hour. Bake covered for 15 to 20 min or possibly till fillets flake easily with fork.
