  • 3 1/2 lb Frying Chicken Pcs
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Melted Butter
  • 2/3 c. Undiluted Carnation Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce)Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 c. (4 ounce) Grated Process American Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 c. (1-lb) Liquid removed Whole Onions
  • 1/4 lb Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 dsh Paprika

Directions

  1. Coat chicken with flour. Arrange chicken in single layer with skin down in melted butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven for 30 min. Turn chicken, bake till brown, 15 to 20 min longer, till tender. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Pour off excess fat. Combine evaporated lowfat milk, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Add in onions and mushrooms to chicken. Pour soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover dish with foil. Return to oven for 15 to 20 min.
