Ingredients

  • 4 x Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 7 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 c. Dry bread crumbs (Italian Style)
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced dry parsley
  • 1 tsp Dry basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Lighlty grease a 9"x15" baking dish. In a shallow bowl, combine butter with the mustard. In another shallow bowl, blend together bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and basil. Dip chicken pcs first into the mustard mix, and then coat with the bread crumb mix. Place skin side up in the baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 min.
