Baileys Irish Creme Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 x (12 ounce.) can of evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 x olb butter
  • 2 x (12 ounce.) pkgs of lowfat milk chocolate chips
  • 1 x (12 ounce.) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 x (7 ounce.) jars marshmallow cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 c. Bailey Irish Cream
  • 2 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Follow directions EXACTLY. Set chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, Bailey's and nuts in a VERY large bowl. Set aside for later. Bring butter, sugar and lowfat milk to a boil and then cook slowly for exactly 11 min (do not ask why - just works), stirring CONSTANTLY. Pour lowfat milk mixtures over the other ingredients and stir slowly to blend. Don't USE MIXER Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigeratevery well. Cut cool.
  2. I used a 9 x 13 pan AND a 8 x 8 pan and it was still good sized. I also lined the pan with foil and removed from pan to cut. I had a hard time getting it out of the pan. It stays kind of soft. Will never get very hard.
