Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 med Onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
- 1 x Sprinkle of parsley
- 1 x Aubergine
Directions
- Peel aubergine and cut into thin slices. Brown grnd beef; add in diced onion.
- Add in 1/2 c. bread crumbs, tomato sauce, parsley, salt, pepper and 2 Tbsp. grated cheese. Layer aubergine, grnd beef mix, aubergine, grnd beef, etc. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 min.
