Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. au gratin potatoes with cheese sauce mix
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) chicken broth/stock
  • 3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. diced carrots
  • 2/3 c. diced celery
  • 1 med. onion (minced)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, chicken broth/stock, water, carrots, celery and onion in large saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 min. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk.
