- 4 lb Lamb steak
- 1 c. White wine
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Salt Pepper
Directions
- Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or possibly grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
