Ingredients

  • 4 c. Sliced Cooking Apples
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 2/3 c. Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Directions

  1. Put apples, sugar, and 2 Tbsp. flour in a 9-inch buttered baking dish. Mix brown sugar and 1/2 c. flour; then cut in flour. Add in the oats and cinnamon. Put this over the apples and bake for 1 hour at 300F degrees. Serve hot with whipped cream.
