  1. Soak dry apricots in warm juice overnight. In morning, drain, slice in half and place in mixing bowl. Add in apple and walnuts; toss to blend. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; toss to blend. Divide between two stemmed glasses. Spoon berries over each serving. Serve immediately.
