Ingredients

  • prosciutto, thinly, sliced warm or possibly mild salami, thinly, sliced pancetta, thinly, sliced cappicola or possibly sopressata, thinly, sliced green olives or possibly black olives cherry tomato roasted red pepper, sliced giardiniera, (pickled vegetables)

Directions

  1. Hard ricotta cheese, (Toma/Tuma), cut in wedges
  2. For a delicious antipasto platter arrange all or possibly some of the above ingredients.
  3. Be sure to have plenty of bread around to accompany it.
