Ambrosia Chocolate, A Family Tradition Recipe

Ingredients

  • Double Chocolates~ Recipe from my Grandma Rose~
  • 2 lbs. Dipping Chocolate, such as Ambrosia
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T granulated white sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 lb. Dipping chocolate
  • 1-1/2 cups crushed peanuts
  • Melt 2 lbs. dipping chocolate until smooth and creamy, in double boiler or microwave. For directions: How to Melt Chocolate
  • Let chocolate cool until luke warm.
  • Whip whipping cream with 2 T sugar and a pinch of salt, following directions for Classic Whipped Cream: Classic Whipped Cream
  • Melt 1 lb. dipping chocolate, cool
