Ingredients

Double Chocolates~ Recipe from my Grandma Rose~
2 lbs. Dipping Chocolate, such as Ambrosia
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 T granulated white sugar
pinch of salt
1 lb. Dipping chocolate
1-1/2 cups crushed peanuts
Melt 2 lbs. dipping chocolate until smooth and creamy, in double boiler or microwave. For directions: How to Melt Chocolate
Let chocolate cool until luke warm.
Whip whipping cream with 2 T sugar and a pinch of salt, following directions for Classic Whipped Cream: Classic Whipped Cream
Melt 1 lb. dipping chocolate, cool
