Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into the pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Let it simmer on low heat until beef is tender to your liking.
  4. *i like it tender coming off the bones
  5. Reduce the liquid when beef is tender.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil when almost done.
  7. Remove from heat and serve.
