7 Grain Bread Recipe

• 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk ***, (see note)
• 3 Tbsp. Honey
• 2 Tbsp. Shortening
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 c. White bread flour
• 1 c. Whole wheat flour
• 3/4 c. 7-Grain Cereal
• 2 1/4 tsp Yeast

Directions
