Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 12 ounce beer
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 c. Health Rising Flour*, see recipe

Directions

  1. You can substitute self rising flour.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour batter into a loaf pan which's been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 50 min.
