surprise tip for salmon

At least a surprise for me I would of probably never thought of it .I bought a salmon filet on the pkg it said bake skin side down and butter all over and sprinkle with brown sugar I thought ok fish and brown sugar I thought odd but I will try it my picky husband devored it and so did I it kind of cut down on the strong fishy taste I was pleasantly surprised just rub room temp butter all over and sprinkle with brown sugar and bake uncovered 400 degrees for 20 mins
