Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Food coloring of choice (for various layers, reflecting Ralfiz's personal style and music)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare three round cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until smooth.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among three bowls. Add food coloring to each bowl to create different colored layers, reflecting Ralfiz's personality and style.
  6. Pour each colored batter into a prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pans and cool completely on wire racks.
  8. Prepare a delicious buttercream frosting and use it to fill and frost the cake layers. Stack the layers to form the Rainbow Cake.
  9. Decorate the cake as desired with additional buttercream, colorful sprinkles, or other decorations reflecting Ralfiz's music and personality, such as musical notes, microphones, or stylish patterns highlighting his urban chic.
