Winter Snow = Hearty Veal Stew Recipe

Outside, away from the warmth of the fire, beyond the steam covered widows, our valley was blanketed with a solid 3 meters deep of snow for over a week, then came the freezing rain (we've just thawed out in time for our first guests arriving next week!)
