Ingredients
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. lard
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly Half and Half (commercial)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 or possibly more c. of flour
- 1 teaspoon soda in 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cream sugar, lard, add in beaten Large eggs, then add in the rest of ingredients. Mix till stiff sufficient to roll. Set in refrigerator for few hrs or possibly overnight. Roll, cut, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees.
