Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over venison as a marinade. Allow to stand overnight. Place venison strips on cookie sheet or possibly foil in a 175 degree oven. Bake for approximately 2 hrs, or possibly till dry. Be sure to leave door of oven open a crack. Prep. time: 12 hrs. Serves several.
