Directions

  1. Put tomato juice, green pepper and 1/2 c. water, oregano, and garlic in a saucepan and simmer. While juice is simmering, mix veal, onion flakes, 1/4 c. water, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic together and form balls. Add in balls to juice and simmer 1 hour. Serves 4.
