- 6 ounces (60% cacao) bittersweet chocolate (I used Ghirardelli brand), chopped
- 1 ounce 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder for dusting
