Directions

  1. Mix peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Let stand 20 min, stirring occasionally. If using powdered pectin, combine pectin and water; bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add in pectin to peaches and sugar. Stir about 2 min. Pour into clean jars. Cover with lids or possibly aluminum foil. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Chill till set. Store in the refrigerator or possibly freezer.
