Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine turnips, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, 3/4 c. of the bread crumbs and the Large eggs. Mix well. Turn into a buttered 1 qt casserole and top with remaining bread crumbs, mixed with the melted butter. Bake till top is browned, about 35 min.
