  • 8 heaping tbsp. flour
  • 6 tbsp. turkey breast drippings
  • 1 1/2 c. broth (use 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. water for broth)
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Blend flour into drippings. Slowly stir in broth and lowfat milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
