Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Scallion (green onion) trimmed of 2" green
  • 1 sm Sour dill pickle - (abt 2 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Washed parsley leaves - (packed)
  • 2 c. Mayonnaise, low fat or possibly regular
  • 1 tsp Strong mustard like Creole or possibly Dijon
  •     Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a food processor or possibly blender mince the scallion, pickle and parsley, then puree with mayonnaise and mustard and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  2. This recipe yields about 1 c..
