Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients, add in egg, dip meat into batter and brown in peanut oil.
  2. Drain on paper towels and keep hot in oven. Heat vinegar, sugar, juice and seasonings in enamel or possibly steel pan. Add in pineapple, green pepper and tomatoes and boil. Simmer for 5'. Stir cornstarch into cool water until it thickens; add in to pan along with meat. Boil then simmer 2'. Serve topped with onion greens.
  3. NOTES : May also use shrimp.
