1 c. Apricot preserves
1Â 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
1 Tbsp. Grnd ginger
1 tsp Grated orange peel
1 dsh Grnd red pepper
1/4 c. Safflower oil
2 Tbsp. White vinegar

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container. Use as basting sauce for chicken or possibly pork.
NOTE: Recipe can be doubled.
Makes about 2 c..
