Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pound grnd chuck
- 1 pound grnd lean pork
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 4 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Scant 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. canned lowfat milk
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon paprika
- 3/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions
- Meatballs: Mix together all ingredients. Shape mix into balls. Brown in 3/4 cup hot salad oil.Sauce: Stir 2 cups boiling water with 1 can mushroom soup and rest of sauce ingredients. Pour gravy over meatballs and simmer 20 min. Very large amount. Good for family reunions.
