Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 3 ounce melted unsweetened chocolate, cold
- 3 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Â Â Mix butter and cooled chocolate thoroughly.
- Â Â Blend in sugar.
Directions
- Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla; beat till frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
