Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 3 ounce melted unsweetened chocolate, cold
  • 3 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  •     Mix butter and cooled chocolate thoroughly.
  •     Blend in sugar.

Directions

  1. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla; beat till frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
