- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. currant jelly
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Dash of salt and allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd orange peel
Directions
- Cook ham steak till tender. Combine remaining ingredients and cook till thick and clear. Serve sauce hot over ham.
