Directions

  1. Wipe fish with paper towel. Place shallow baking dish large sufficient to hold fish in single layer in oven to preheat, 450 degrees. Lightly sprinkle fish with paprika, then coat with flour; shake off excess. Remove pan from oven. Add in butter melts (fat should be about 1/8 inch deep).
  2. Lay fish in pan and turn to coat with melted butter. Sprinkle proportionately with sesame seeds or possibly almonds. Bake uncovered for 10 to 12 min or possibly till cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with lemon. Serves 4 to 6.
