Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat, canned or possibly frzn
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. potato chips, crushed
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Paprika
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine meats, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, celery, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Pour into a buttered 2 1/2 qt casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 min till mix is thoroughly heated. Serves 8.
