Directions

  1. In skillet, brown ham lightly on both sides. Remove from skillet and cut into serving pcs. Stir flour into fat left in skillet. Add in soup, then stir in lowfat milk slowly. Heat, stirring till boiling.
  2. In 2 qt casserole arrange a layer of ham, potatoes, carrots and onion till all are used. Sprinkle vegetables lightly with salt and pepper. Pour on soup mix. Bake covered 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 min longer or possibly till potatoes are tender.
