These can be made either in a microwave or oven.MW saves you a lot of time.These can be had for lunch or breakfast or dinner.It is quite filling when served with a cup of sweet yogurt on the side.
Ingredients
- 1 c up plain flour
- 1/4 cup onion chopped fine
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp carrot garted
- 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped fine
- 1 tsp curry leaves chopped fine
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix everything and grease a MW safe muffin pan.pour the batter and MW for about 6 mins on high...or till done when tested with a tooth peck.
- Serve with a dollop of sweet yogurt on the side.
- Alternatively,if using the oven,pre heta the oven to 200 C
- and grease muffin tin and bake these muffins till golden brown on top...and the skewer comes out clean when tested.
