Directions

  1. Heat a frypan over high heat, add in the oil.
  2. Add in the chicken and cook for 2 min, till starting to brown on all sides.
  3. Add in the onion and garlic and cook 2 more min. Add in the canteloupe, tomatoes, spices and white wine, cover and let cook for 3-4 min.
  4. Stir in the paprika and serve over rice, sprinkled with green onions.
