Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 c. minced parsley
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage (cooked and liquid removed)
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 3 quarts. soft, stale bread cubes

Directions

  1. Heat butter in skillet. Add in onion and seasonings. Cook about 5 min. Add in pork sausage meat (cooked and liquid removed of fat). Add in nuts and bread cubes. (Sufficient for 12-14 lb. bird...but I find it's sufficient for up to 18 lb..)
